NHS England is recruiting Community Healthcare Assistants to support patient care and community health services. You will assist healthcare professionals with patient monitoring, administrative tasks, and supporting community health initiatives.

Working Hours:
Full-time role up to 37.5 hours per week, including shift rotations where required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist healthcare staff with patient care activities
Record patient information and maintain documentation
Support community health programmes
Assist with appointment scheduling and patient coordination
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in care environments
Provide support to patients and families
