Savills is offering a 12-month Commercial Real Estate Placement at its Margaret Street office in London. This role operates 37.5 hours per week under a hybrid model (3 office/site days and 2 remote days).

Role Overview

You will support property management and valuation teams in delivering advisory services to commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing property valuations
Conduct market research and analysis
Support lease negotiations
Prepare rent review documentation
Conduct property inspections
Assist with financial modelling
Prepare client reports and presentations
Maintain property management systems
Support service charge budgeting
Conduct compliance checks
Liaise with tenants and contractors
Support ESG reporting within property portfolios
Education & Certifications

Mandatory:

Currently studying Real Estate, Property or Business

Interest in RICS pathway
