Savills is recruiting a Commercial Property Manager based at its Margaret Street office in London. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) operating under a hybrid working arrangement (3 office/site days and 2 remote days weekly).
Role Overview
You will manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring financial performance, tenant satisfaction, and asset value optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage landlord and tenant relationships
Oversee lease renewals and rent reviews
Conduct property inspections
Prepare service charge budgets
Monitor property performance KPIs
Coordinate maintenance contractors
Review financial performance reports
Support ESG initiatives within property portfolio
Conduct risk assessments
Prepare client reports and presentations
Support acquisitions and disposals
Manage compliance documentation
