BT Group is looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to assist with the management and maintenance of cloud-based systems supporting enterprise customers. You will work with infrastructure and DevOps teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and security of cloud services.
Working Hours:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional on-call support.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure
Troubleshoot cloud platform issues
Assist with deployment and configuration of cloud services
Support system security and compliance requirements
Maintain technical documentation and incident reports
Software / Tools:
AWS or Microsoft Azure
Linux and Windows Server environments
Docker or Kubernetes (basic exposure)
Monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana
Technical Skills:
Cloud infrastructure management
Networking and system administration
Troubleshooting and incident resolution
Soft Skills:
Analytical thinking
Communication with technical teams
Problem solving
Time management
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
