Job Description

Capita is seeking Business Process Analysts to analyse organisational processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.

Working Hours:
Full-time role up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse operational processes and workflows
Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
Develop process documentation and reports
Collaborate with departments to implement improvements
Monitor process performance metrics
Support change management initiatives
Software / Tools:

Business process modelling tools
Microsoft Excel
Power BI
Workflow management platforms
