Capita is looking for a Business Data Analyst to support operational decision-making through data analysis and reporting.

Working Hours:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse operational data and performance metrics
Develop dashboards and analytical reports
Support business teams with data-driven insights
Maintain data quality and reporting standards
Assist with process improvement initiatives
Software / Tools:

SQL databases
Power BI or Tableau
Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
Data warehouse platforms
Technical Skills:

Data analysis and reporting

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
