Capita is seeking Business Data Analysts to support business operations through data analysis and performance reporting.

Working Hours:
Full-time role up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse operational data and business performance metrics
Develop dashboards and analytical reports
Support business teams with data insights
Maintain data documentation and reporting systems
Conduct data quality checks and validations
Assist with business forecasting and trend analysis
