Mitie is seeking Building Services Technicians to support building systems maintenance including HVAC, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment.

Working Hours:
Full-time role up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional emergency maintenance coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain building electrical and mechanical systems
Conduct equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot building system faults
Maintain service logs and maintenance documentation
Coordinate with contractors and facilities teams
Ensure compliance with building safety regulations
