Job Description

CBRE is looking for a Building Services Administrator to support facilities operations across managed commercial properties. The role involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing service requests, and assisting facilities managers with documentation and reporting.

Working Hours:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Log and manage building maintenance requests
Coordinate contractor schedules and service visits
Maintain facilities documentation and compliance records
Prepare operational reports and service logs
Assist with tenant communication and service updates
Software / Tools:

CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems
Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
Maintenance ticketing platforms
Technical Skills:

Facilities administration
Documentation management
Maintenance coordination
Soft Skills:

Organisation and time management
Communication and customer service
Attention to detail
Problem solving
Education:

Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
