Halfords is looking for skilled Automotive Service Technicians to join our Chester Autocentre. You will perform vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs while ensuring high standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

The role offers the opportunity to work with modern vehicle diagnostic equipment and develop technical expertise.

Working Hours:
Full-time role up to 37.5 hours per week, including occasional weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform vehicle servicing and mechanical repairs
Conduct vehicle inspections and diagnostics
Replace components such as brakes, tyres, and batteries
Use diagnostic tools to identify vehicle faults
Maintain service records and reports
Ensure compliance with safety standards
Software / Tools:

Automotive diagnostic software
Vehicle inspection systems
Workshop management systems

Education:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
