Job Description

British Airways is recruiting Passenger Service Agents to support airport customer service and check-in operations. The role involves assisting passengers, managing boarding procedures, and ensuring a smooth airport experience.

Working Hours:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week, including rotational shifts covering early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures
Provide travel information and customer support
Process travel documentation and tickets
Handle passenger enquiries and service issues
Coordinate with airport operations teams
Software / Tools:

Passenger service systems
Flight reservation platforms
Airport communication systems
Technical Skills:

Education:
