Heathrow Airport is recruiting Customer Service Agents to assist passengers and ensure smooth airport operations. You will provide information, support passenger enquiries, and help maintain a positive travel experience.
Working Hours:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week, including rotating shifts covering early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist passengers with travel enquiries and airport services
Support check-in and boarding processes
Provide directions and travel information within the airport
Handle customer concerns and escalate when necessary
Maintain service quality and operational standards
