British Airways is recruiting Aircraft Ground Operations Assistants to support airport operations and ensure efficient turnaround of aircraft at Heathrow Airport.
Working Hours:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week, including rotating shifts covering mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with aircraft turnaround operations
Coordinate with ground crews and airport teams
Ensure equipment and services are prepared for aircraft arrivals
Support baggage and cargo coordination
Maintain operational records and reports
Software / Tools:
Airport operations management systems
Flight scheduling platforms
Radio communication equipment

Education:
