Homes for Students is looking for Accommodation Services Assistants to support daily operations within student residences. The role involves assisting residents, coordinating maintenance requests, and supporting property management teams.
Working Hours:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with accommodation enquiries
Manage service requests and maintenance reports
Maintain resident records and administrative documentation
Support check-in and check-out procedures
Assist with student community events
